Is there someone using his sattelite to receive the Belgian TV-Vlaanderen?
Normally this is only to be used in Belgium because of fees and taxes, but would it be possible to receive it in Spain as you have all the Dutch and Flemisch television stations on it?
All information on this is welcome ...

TV Vlaanderen Digitaal is a provider of digital television via satellite for the Belgian market, using the Astra-1 satellites at 19.2?E and at 23.5?E. In comparison to for instance many German broadcasters, the Flemish public and commercial broadcasts are not freely available via satellite. To receive the Flemish broadcasts a smartcard is required to decrypt the Mediaguard 2 signal.  23.5 east Astra 1E/3A | Astra 1E | Astra 3A need to look at this site tell wich channel you want

OK, but normally the smartcard can only be used in Belgium they say, but would that smartcard also work when used in Spain?

Getting the card and box isn’t a problem, I still have an address in Belgium.
Thanks for your help.
