As I dont require the domo phone, anyone know how to send it back. 1004 says they will send labels to post it back…still waiting 2 months later. someone said the post office will give you a label..no they don’t. Fed up with paying extra line rental for something I don’t want. help please

Search for their direct offices/shops (Not a distributor), there you can give it back.

Telefonica have changed the rules again, you cannot return a domo phone to one of their main shops, you have to wait for the labels they promise to send you, but they don’t send them. They have made it impossible to return a domo phone !!!!!

Ok, I’ll check this week with my contacts in telefonica to see if there’s any other way to return it. Best is to get the line without phone, or buy it directly (You can find very cheap phones in shops or online).
