I?m considering replacing the PC that I brought out to Spain in the near future.  That obviously has a UK keyboard and the language of the Windows operating system is in English.  A new PC bought in Spain will come with Windows Vista in Spanish and a Spanish keyboard.

I know it is possible to change the keyboard properties but I?ve looked at my current operating system and there does not appear to be an option to change the language.

Does anyone have experience of buying a PC in Spain and know whether it is possible to change the language of the installed version or have an English language version of the operating system installed.

I would also welcome advice on the quality of the available brands.  I?m aware of international manufacturers such as Acer, Dell and Hewlett Packard but what is the quality and reliability of native brands.
