hello all,

i’m coming to vigo this sat (3rd sept) to do a short spanish course and will hopefully stay the year working as an english language teacher.

i’ve got a short term room rent for 2 weeks but wondered if anyone could advise me on the best barrios to rent a flat?  ideally i’m looking for a barrio with bars/restuarants/alternative/arts venues that is also a pleasant place to stroll about. does such a place exist?

if i don’t find work in vigo i’ll head for a coruna - so if anyone can advise the same there too?
