My name is Michelle, and my father has died recently in Spain, we had been estranged due to my stepmother who did not inform us that he was ill until after his death, she will not give us a copy of his will.  how do we obtain a copy of this, where do we start?  can anyone help?  my stepmother will no longer take our calls or respond to letters, she has put their home on the market for sale….please can somebody advise us?  many thanks   Michelle
