Hello everyone ,I am British citizen working and living in Barcelona from last six months, my mother is in India ,she is dependent on me after the death of my father, there is no one to take care of her,
What is the best way to bring her here so she can live with me?
Should I apply visit visa for her and then switch her visa to 5 year resident permit as a non eea family permit dependent on me or should I apply for family permit from Spanish consulate in India?
What would be the procedure for her visit visas?
And what would me the procedure to get family permit?
What documents I need for every stage?
