My name is Marta. I am a fellow Brit and film producer from London.

My production company is planning to shoot a short (and ambitious) drama in Andalucia next week, and we need a car to use in one scene. We have a hire car during our shoot, but it is new and we were hoping to have have an older car in the scene.

The film is about a young woman who loses her brother at sea and moves to the desert to start a new life, but she is destined to suffer the same fate as her brother. In the first couple of scenes, the main character drives from the coast to a smalll desert town. We need a car for these scenes - we are fully insured and can prodvide proof of cover, the driver has a 10-year clean UK license and we promise to be extremely responsible with your vehicle (there are no stunts or off-road driving, just straightforward driving on roads). We would only need the car for one day, 9th November, from 07:00 - 18:00, and we will be shooting on roads between Almeria/Tabernas/Mojacar, and we would be happy to collect and return the car.

We are looking for a hatchback, estate or coupe, 5-20 years old. Something like a Ford Fiesta or Escort, VW Golf or Honda Civic would be great, but we are really happy with anything that is not brand new!

Unfortunately, as this is our production company’s first film, our budget is small but we will pay all fuel costs, and of course you will be credited on the film. We are sending it to festivals and as we have such a wonderful story and are making this film to a professinal standard with a very talented crew, we expect it to do very well.

Please help if you can! You can contact me on .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) if you need any more information.

Thanks,

Marta
