Does anyone have experience of using internet CCTV (ie internet cameras in your house which you can see when you’re elsewhere in the world) in Spain? If so, can anyone recommend a service? Do the text message alerting facilities work in Spain if you buy from a UK company? So far I’ve found Crocodile Watch, which looks pretty comprehensive but not cheap, and Eye on the Place which might be OK but it’s not easy to tell from its website: also Eyecopia which is only US$50 so I guess it’s really a toy.
I can’t find anyone else commenting on this subject so far: does anyone know more about it than I do?

Hi John,

Not sure if you managed to get the CCTV enquiry you posted answered and if you have some installed or not?

We are a company called Costa cctv we specialise in the installation, maintenance and repair of all types of cctv system.

If you require any other information then contact us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Or check out the website http://www.costacctv.com

We always recommend a decent cctv system, not one that you can buy from a company for a few euro’s. For evidence etc, we install whats called a DVR digital recorder- which is networked through your router and you can view your premises from where ever you maybe, we now do cctv on your mobile phone, so you can view your property from the beach or wherever you maybe. The DVR has a memory like a computer that stores all activations for a preiod of time, of you want the evidence you can either copy onto a c.d or via your usb onto laptop or computer, it’s the right way to install cctv and it’s should be fitted to european standards EN50132

I hope this helps-
