I am applying for a Non-Lucrative Visa.  Planning on staying in Spain a while, traveling Europe, etc.

I am in the process of obtaining the Visa, have found several good sites for Medical Insurance.

Question - for the Visa process itself, any ideas on how long the insurance should be valid?

Most only give a quote for a year, but my application will say that I intend to stay up to four years.

Do they care, as long as I have it when I arrive?
