I find this website the most helpful ever. Thank you all for your useful shared experience. My husband and I are Iraqis. His parents are Iraqis as well. We currently live in Iraq. My husband was born in Barcelona. He also has certificate of birth issued there.
1. Is he Spanish by origin?
2. What is the first step of the process to get citizenship?
