We are planning to be in Spain 13 weeks of the year in 2012 and although this may increase we will never move totally to Spain ( Scotland still has appeal despite the weather).

I am looking to do business in Spain, mainly with expats but possibly with locals as well as my product may appeal to either.

Any advice on tax, collecting payment in ? or ?, legal need to register my intent to trade, partnering with expat or spanish company would be most welcome.

I have a successful yet small telecom business in Scotland but have recently introduced a broadband service for which I have a license to supplybin Spain as well.

Appreciate honest advice, whether positive or negative as long as it is genuine.

Many Thanks in anticipation.

Any business done in Spain will involve you in Spanish taxes whether resident or not. Very competitive business, especially if you are not based here. Take professional advice if you are serious.
