It has been a great help and experience with the amount of precious information the I receive through the forums.
I have a double nationality. My father (Lt.) being from France and my mother from India. As an european citizen I have my catholic name. And for my Indian nationality I have my Indian name, since I was born and brought up in India.
I have been in Spain for last 8 months and I have my girl friend from Hungary, currently working in UK.
If I want to get married with my Indian nationality (name), is it possible to do it from Spain?
what are the requirements for a registered marriage? What is the procedure?
We both are working and do not have enough holidays to go personally for marriage. So we decided to get married on the paper first.

you are here in spain thru your french passport.
you will have to use the name in that passport.
