I am back, still on my thesis, and I would have a new question concerning a really precise topic, as last time you were…. whoa ! Incredibly efficient !

Making researches for my thesis, I have heard about (nothing quotable), the will and the wish of Franco to build 2 different programs : the first one is concerning a spacial Spanish program (military, of course), with a base potentially located in the Canary Islands, and the second one (but maybe linkable with the first one) being a nuclear program (officially civil, of what I have understood, but…).

I have looked a bit around on google and on my favorites scholars books and articles databases, and I haven’t found anything relevant…
Would you have some informations on those topics or more luck than me ? That will be incredibly useful !
