We have lived here for 6 years in a beautiful 3 bedroom (1 with its own sitting room) villa 5 minutes from Cala Blanca cove.  We bought it in 2006 for 315,000 eu.  . We’ve double glazed and added a 7 x 4 m pool.  The villa sits in 500 sq.m. and has a double garage.  We need to go back to the UK and the villa is for sale at 305,000.
