Whilst waiting for my house to sell in the UK I spend a fair bit of time looking at Spanish property on the net. Of course new areas of possibilities keep popping up - and each area has new questions!

Does anyone have any info on problems with ‘Land Grab’ in the areas around Albacete, Ayora & Carcelen? For instance do properties have to be within a certain plot size or does distance from the nearest town/city make a difference? These areas look very beautiful but I’m a bit wary having seen some of the Land Grab problems on TV.

Any thoughts/comments/advice will be appreciated.
