Hi, i love Spain, slowly learning the Language and my long term dream is to build a business in Spain (we are in telecommunications) and move over but we will see.

At this stage i will be over for another holiday in July (it gets cold down here is Australia in July!)

Cheers

Hi

Thanks for that.

By the way... its actually quite cold (about 10C), blowing a hooley and pouring down... and not much better down on the coast; have 9 cold, soggy and highly dichuffed dogs littering the place, just back from their lunchtime walkies....

Oh No! Same weather as over here, we are going into winter though, hopefully the weather will improve over there by the time I come over in July?

July Huh...Hmmmm!

Don't know where you'll be when you come over but this much I can say, here in rural Granada, halfway up and Alp at 2700 feet, normal July temp is between 35 and 40C although it's hard to imagine right now. Seville, Granada and Cordoba are without doubt the three hottest cities in Spain where temps can reach 45+. Madrid has been described as having 9 months of winter and three months of hell... Of course all of these locations are inland, coastal temps are always a few degrees lower but expect 35C along the Costas from Algeciras right the way through to Barcelona and the French border. Someone actually described Spain as a cold country with a hot sun and that pretty well sums it up.

Nah hot is good, over here it will be lows of 2-3 degrees and highs of around 15. And this year it has started early normally we would have highs in the low 20s at the moment but highs around 15. Too cold too early!
