Hi all
I have a full uk D1 licence and would like to start a company in spain specialising in day trips and walking trips using a minibus as transport. I would not be doing anything like airport work or any other un pre booked work. My Spanish is still poor and would be aiming at the expat community mostly. To be legal in Spain just how many hurdles would I have to climb.

Yes there might be driving licence issues but also they have rules about tour guides as here it is a qualified profession, however a lot may depend on the area you are talking about as remember here (like say USA) the laws can vary by autonomos region.

Thanks ROB1305
A good point I have not considered but thanks for not being too negative which is how most people respond, with out actually knowing the facts.

Mick,
No problem, I know a chap doing something similar but he manages to avoid the need to use a mini bus - I wrote an article - see here - probably worth checking his site to see how he makes it work.
