Because you would stand more of a chance of getting a job! I don't live in the area so not really sure about jobs, but there aren't many about. The rent is very good value though.

It belongs to a friend of mine who is in the UK. I think it will be the standard 11 months which is renewable, how long were you interested in?

This is the property, they may consider a shorter let. It is in the town, there are buses but there is no internet at the property you would have to have it installed or get a dongle.

No. I agree. that is why I would like to live in the place first.
What I am proposing is that I will rent it with the option to
buy. If I decide later to buy it, then the rent that I have paid can
