Hi everyone.

This is my first post. I’m looking to spend the next 6-12 months in Spain but as I don’t know the country too well I need some advice on which areas to start looking at before my reccie trip.

A bit about myself:

I won’t need work as I have a business in the UK.
I’m a 43 year old single male
Will be travelling with a car
Would like to live within 15-20 minutes drive of the beach
Need to be around other expats my age as I don’t speak the lingo.
Need to be within close walking distance of bars and restaurants.
Monthly rental budget of 1,000 Euros
My two labradors will join me so an apartment is not ideal

Hope you can suggest something.
