I have a simple question, i hope.  My wife and daughter and I moved to Spain 2 months ago, and we should be getting our NIE cards soon.  My wife and daughter entered on “residencia” visas (I am working).  My wife is a non-EU citizen, and is not from a country where there is a visa-waiver.  She will return home in August for a vacation - is it the NIE card then that will permit her reentry into Spain?  (Her visa is a 90 day multiple-entry that will expire in a couple of weeks).  Thanks!
