Hello, I’m new here but I have a few questions
My friend lives in Pakistan and he is a Spanish citizen, he has a card that allows him to travel to Spain but not Spanish passport. He recently moved tompakistan 4 years ago and now wishes to go back to Spain but when he went to the airport they had sent him back saying that he has overstayed, which he has. They sent him back saying that they are waiting for the letter to be issued so that they can allow all the overstays back into Spain. Italy made a big fuss and now ugly has ordered all airports to allow all the people who have overstayed back into the country.
I wanted to know when will Spain do theirs? And if they have is it a yes or no to over staying people?
