Hello everyone,

we have just moved to Granada and are looking for a cheap second-hand city bike for my girlfriend to go to university and back (it’s a half an hour walk). I was thinking it definitely shouldn’t set us back more than ?50 but apparently either I was wrong or do not know where/how to look, as all I can find starts at about ?80 for bikes that need quite some working on to be usable.

We’re looking for a simplest, cheapest thing really as we are not going to stay here forever and have no interest in mountain biking or bike trips. Any advice on where/how to look for a second-hand bike will be much appreciated. Or if anyone by any chance has such a bike to sell around Granada—even better!
