Hello I’m new to this and I am not sure whether I am doing this right anyway I have a problem with Quantis and I’m not sure how to resolve it. In short I ordered a satellite internet and phone system begining of October after I was told the system would be installed within 15 days and my line with Telefonica would be taken over, 3 weeks later the system was installed the internet connection was working (slowly)the engineer told me the broadband and telephone connection would be sorted the following Monday, sure enough by probably Thursday the internet was, fair enough there are always teething probs but I have now been waiting for my phone connection 24 days and I am now paying bills from quantis and telefonica. I phoned but to be honest got fed up. with listening to music and being told someone would ring me back. I wondered if anyone has had similar troubles with Quantis and also if anyone has any advice, can I cancel my contract as they have not completed the order within a reasonable time? Should I report them to the telecommunications people and is it possible to complete a Hojas de Reclamacions without going to Quantis offices. Many Thanks.
