Freelance web designer looking to work with small businesses or social groups

I was previously self employed as a web designer in the UK before moving to Arboleas, Almeria. I am looking for employment with small businesses or social groups, and I have a portfolio which is available on request.
All sites I have previously built were with basic Search Engine Optimisation methods included, and I can also provide detailed Search Engine Optimisation reports on existing websites.
