I know people have posted about this before but I am desperate and can use all the help I can get. I have been in Spain for the past three years with a TIE, legally working a few hours a week with a Spanish scholarship. My boyfriend has moved to Barcelona and I am doing interviews there for jobs. If I am offered a job with a contract, what is the process for a work visa and how long does it take? Has ANYONE succeeded in this process? How likely am I to succeed??? As for another point, has any American become a pareja de hecho (domestic partner) of a Spaniard? What was necessary and does this help obtain a work visa? Any help would be extremely appreciated. Thanks.
