Can anyone help me with the New Residence Law which entitles the Spanish Government to insist on knowing anything and everything that you may have in England?  ie apparently if you own a house in England or bank accounts, you have to declare them by 30th April or you could be subject to a fine up to ten thousand euros.  What the heck does it have to do with them? I pay my taxes in England and when I was working here, I paid taxes here as well. Does anyone know the legality of this new law? Please help as time is running out.
