I have been trying for weeks now to register with Telefonica online. I have visited the Telefonicainenglish site, which gave the information to ring 1002 or 1004. I managed to speak to someone on 1004, and was given information to help with the logging on. However again this attempt failed. I wish to be able to view my account online, as my bills often go astray, and the thought of having to visit the Telefonica shop in Torrevieja fills me with horror. Can anyone advise on how I can register with Telefonica for online billing?
