Signing up with Telefonica & early termination fee

Hi.

I have three questions regarding Telefonica ADSL:

-- What is the minimum ADSL contract length with Telefonica in the Canaries?
-- Do you need an NIE number to get ADSL with Telefonica?
-- What is the early exit fee if you want to leave Telefonica before your ADSL contract ends?
