Hi, can you please tell me how to go about making a will in Spain?  My dad has written a will regarding his property in Spain, he lives there but hasn’t included the property he owns in England in this will.

He is very sick at the moment in hospital and could have died so it has made him think about writing another will, he has asked my sister to help him make a will, she has gone there to visit.

Can she just type one or write one out using an online template or does it have to be done through a solicitor, does it have to be officially stamped, we know it has to be witnessed but does it matter who?  Would it matter that he has two wills one for the spanish property and another one for the english property or does it have to be all in one Spanish will?

It is a very straight forward will the spanish one leaves his estate to me and my sister and the english property would be to me solely with my sister the executor for both.
