First time posting here….
I am currently resident in Spain (UK citizen) and my partner and father of our daughter is Indian. We are planning to be married in England soon. We will go to India for our honeymoon and then we would like to come to Spain together to live. I think what we need to do is apply for a Family Regrouping Visa for him from India. However, as we need so many things from Spain and most of them need to be at most 3 or 4 months old, I will have to go there first and organise these things.
Can anyone tell me how long this process takes once all docs are with the Embassy? Or if anyone has any experience of this process, I would love to hear any stories.
