We are settling in Cercedilla, a small town that is near madrid (45 minutes with train). Since i am a tech professional working with internet, i felt the need to research which isp is the most praised one in spain.

What advice can you give me about isps in spain ?

My concerns are minimum service downtime, low ping for online games ( gamers would know ), and unlimited bandwidth with flat rate.

Can anyone also suggest me a specific Isp, regarding my criteria ?
