Chef looking for work

I am an experienced Chef who owns his own restaurant which is now closed for the winter. In England I had 2AA rosettes for fine dining and have worked in many countries. I am at present living in Granada but also have an apartment in Nerja. Any position considered. I am mainly looking for a change of scenery and fresh ideas.
