Shipping supplements to Spain from the US

Hello,
Are there Spanish Customs restrictions on incoming supplements such as liquid vitamin B12, vitamin D and herbal extracts? This would be a small package, individual to individual shipped by first-class international mail. I read the USPS list of restrictions for items shipped to Spain and supplements were not included. However, I read an old post here warning not to ship vitamins to Spain (no explanation). I'd appreciate hearing from someone with a recent experience. Thanks!
