:-) Hello all. I am a teacher and will be moving to Cordoba, from Greece, for new job, in Sept and would love to meet new people, expats as well as natives. Have no idea of area and know very little Spanish. Am also looking for fully furnished apt. My job will be in the Cuidad Jardin area.

Welcome! You are going to feel like at home in Cordoba :) people is so very friendly and soon you will be able to have new friends who make you learn a bit of our language. As for accomodation I could suggest you to visit milanuncios.com you could find a reasonable prize for a furnished flat . Enjoy!

Thank you much for your reply. I did check the site and saw many interesting ads for rentals. I know the people there are very friendly as I have been to Spain before and fell in love with it. The Spanish and Greek cultures, being Mediterraneans, share many traits and I know I will feel at home once I settle in and start meeting people and learning the language. Again, thanks. :-)
