hi there…

I live in the UK but my parents live in Spain - i ordered some clothing off the internet to be delivered to their house - i ordered the clothes 2 weeks before i was due to arrive to visit them in the hope that they would arrive whilst i was there.

2 of the 3 packages arrived no problem but 1 package seems to have been lost.

When i search on Correos using the tracking ref it tells me:

02/09/2014   Delivery to the destination international office

Now i left Spain to come home on the 12th and it still hasn’t arrived even now (18th) - so it looks as though the item has been in the Spanish postal system for 16 days.

The other 2 items were delivered within 2 days of showing that status on the website.

Is there anything i can do to chase this up within Correos? I have had a look over the website but cant really see anything
