Hi, can anyone help me..? iv had my NIE certificate stolen from here in the Uk and i need to sell my Spanish house but told i cant sell it without my NIE certificate. is this true? if so, how can i get a replacement? all my Spanish paperwork has been stolen so i have nothing other then my Spanish house door keys. My house is in Galera, Granada. I think i went to Baza to get my NIE and residency. Due to family issues, i have not been able to get over to Spain for a long time and my house has suffered hence my need to sell it. I have also had my bank information stolen and i dont know my Spanish bank account details. on top of all that, i dont speak Spanish. I was learning back in 2008 when i purchased the house but the family issues were serious and took me right off the learning path. Regards, Aaje.
