Mom overstayed her 90 day visa,  we got fined on the way out of France on trip to USA. They did not say how long she would have to stay out of EU.

We were in the process of reagrupamiento familiar but were always missing something so they wouldn’t accept application. Once was insurance proof . Other time was a translation of apostilled birth certificate that they hadn’t required first time. She earns about $50.000 a year and has stocks and property. Can I start the process of reagrupamiento again with her not being here in Spain?Is there anyway to find out if she is banned from entering Spain due to the fine /overstay that she received upon leaving France. I just got back from USA, I have contacted an office of an immigration lawyer but its Friday and they were not available to discuss, I have contacted online two other bufetes for help.

If anyone has any advice I would surely appreciate it.
