Home health aide

Hi folks,

I'm wondering about home health aides in Spain, does anyone have any experience with this? Are there home health agencies that provide aides? Or is it more informal? If anyone has any thoughts re: where I might call to get information on this, I'd be very grateful. I'm mostly looking for costs, such as hourly rates.
