As a Comunidad we have some serious long term debts. The debtors with the largest debts are being denounced and the rest of the debtors will be persued also.

It appears that in Spanish law the Community cannot deny bad debtors use of common facilities eg pool, gym etc.

It appears that the Spanish court system is overloaded and it can take several years to get any through to completion.

Our Administrator is pursuing denouncements for these debtors correctly but I am frustrated in the legal system although I respect spanish law in this.

Does anyone have experience in this type of problem and what was their experience?
