I am British with a non EU wife and 2 step daughters we have family residence status in Spain. We own a house in Spain but I am concidering moving back to UK with my wife for business reasons and will not need to be resident in SPain. My daughters are in Madrid as students and want to remain resident in Spain until completing their studies. If I relinquish my Spanish residence status can they remain as residents as we are registered under the family residence permit.
