Hi all
I have rented out a garage to a man who stores his personal items and contacted to pay me a small amount each month.
He is now asking for a monthly receipt or invoice but insist that I must state my NIE number on the invoice. It is a legal requirement for my NIE to be written on this document? Secondly, I have signed a 11 months agreement, is this a Short term let or a Long term let?
He claims its a long term let.
Any help will be of great value.
