Will growing cannabis get me kicked out by landlord?

One of my friends are saying if my landlord finds plants (even though they're decriminalized) i will definitely get kicked out, my other friend's saying it depends on the landlord, must people don't care.

Who's right?

If so where can i get me a chill landlord?
