Pool robots

Can anyone offer advice on a pool cleaning robot? I have a fairly basic setup with no filter system and, whilst it works fine if watched carefully it can be a pain to keep it really clean. I'm wondering if anyone has used a pool cleaning "robot"? If so, which make might you recommend and where might be a good place to buy one. I am based in Valencia.
