Hello everybody,
I am Swiss resident and I have purchased an apartment in Barcelona using a personal credit. Now I am looking to get a mortgage on the apartment so that I can cancel my personal credit. Could anybody advise me which bank would offer a 70%-75% mortgage of the value of the apartment. I know that some banks only offer 60%. Any contacts in a bank would be highly appreciated.

Oh, 70-75% is quite a lot. I would follow this thread to know too :)
