After years of ?no charges? on our Barclay?s Spain account, I see they are set to begin a quarterly charge as well as a charge for each transaction.

We have no ?direct deposit?, our money merely sits there (and no interest is paid).

Are there any banks left which would not assess a quarterly ?service? fee?  I am talking about balances over 3,000 euros.
