I need advise.
I've just been informed of a Supreme Court ruling for those who lost their deposit while trying to buy an off-plan Spanish property. I lost $50,000 but gave up years ago as the banks and developers just ignored me.
Now that the Spanish Supreme Court has ruled, can anyone give me a referral or suggestion on lawyers who can assist me in the reclaim process. I would appreciate any information.

Hi Carl,
I hope you are well and I am sorry to hear your loss but I think that I would be able to help you with your unfortunate loss.
My father lives in Spain and has a company running alongside a Spanish law firm that specialise in recovering lost deposits.
The company takes on all cases with a "NO WIN, NO FEE" policy and they have a 100% success rate.
Please feel free to contact me so that I can explain the process and procedures if you are interested. As long as your deposit was lost within the last 15 years and that you have the paperwork of where your money was sent too then there should be no problem for them to retrieve it for you.
Please feel free to message me for further information.
Kind regards,
Daniel
