Reclaiming my lost Deposit while trying to buy Spanish Property

I need advise.

I've just been informed of a Supreme Court ruling for those who lost their deposit while trying to buy an off-plan Spanish property. I lost $50,000 but gave up years ago as the banks and developers just ignored me.

Now that the Spanish Supreme Court has ruled, can anyone give me a referral or suggestion on lawyers who can assist me in the reclaim process. I would appreciate any information.

Hi Carl,

I hope you are well and I am sorry to hear your loss but I think that I would be able to help you with your unfortunate loss.

My father lives in Spain and has a company running alongside a Spanish law firm that specialise in recovering lost deposits.

The company takes on all cases with a "NO WIN, NO FEE" policy and they have a 100% success rate.

Please feel free to contact me so that I can explain the process and procedures if you are interested. As long as your deposit was lost within the last 15 years and that you have the paperwork of where your money was sent too then there should be no problem for them to retrieve it for you.

Please feel free to message me for further information.

Kind regards,

Daniel

Hi Daniel, thanks for your message and valuable information. In the interim however, I have found a friend who had my same problem who has now referred me to his attorney in Spain. They are now handling the case for me. Thanks again for your response and information.

Hi Carl keep us updated. I lost $20,000 the same way as you a few years ago and was never able to get any money back. Hopefully you do!

Hi, the lawyer I'm using is surprisingly good actually. As soon as I gave him power of attorney he jumped right on it. We've already received a court document confirming our first court date for February 9th 2017. Sergio (my lawyer) is predicting that the bank will send a settlement letter before the court date to avoid court costs. So, cross your fingers with me that it continues swiftly.

I'll be sure to keep you posted.
