Hello, Me and a fellow friend (Spanish) are thinking about setting up a business in the Spain. One is for the summer months and another for the winter months. The business involves using a bicycle (trike) with a freezer on the front to sell Ice cream/cold water etc during the summer and another for example in the winter selling cold salads. The trike are foot operated and can move around. The bikes will have an umbrella and look very attractable and professional. They will be located in high foot fall tourist areas.
