Canaries for health?

Hi all

I had acute pneumonia 7 years ago, and in the winters here in England, regularly suffer from chest infections. I love visiting Spain, and it got me wondering whether anyone has first-hand experience of the potential benefits of wintering in the Canaries; i.e. did you experience any difference to your health, especially with lung conditions?

Any thoughts welcome.
