Hello...my first message here.

I'm 58yo living in uk since birth.
I'm already retired and needing info about residency income/savings req's as I've failed to find any document that gives exact req's, every website etc just generalises about this stuff.
I don't intent looking for work in Spain or to be self employed...I expect to live off my very small pension of ?5k p.a and savings of ?200k
I've just seen a reference to income req's of approx 25k euro p.a
Is this correct? do my saving not count for anything?
If so is it same for France and Portugal too, does anyone know?
If it's relevant my preferred regions to relocate to are Andalucia or Valencia

Thanks
Steve

I'm probably answering my own question here...after some further thinking !!

The immigration req's for uk are ?18,600 employed income minimum OR about ?65k lump sum....i think?
So I can't imagine that any other EU country can be that different...that wouldn't be allowed I'm sure.

So maybe the 25k Euro req was for employed income?
