Telefonica Palma de Mallorca

Hi, I have recently moved to Palma, and wondered if anyone could tell me about the where's and pitfalls of getting telephone/internet sorted in Palma, do they have any packages that are worthwhile, and where do I go to sign up for the service, and how long should it take.
